Account Executive
Adult Rock WTTS/Indianapolis is accepting applications for an account executive to sell traditional air time, station events, WTTS website and online stream. Candidates must have the ability to manage account lists, grow existing accounts, initiate new business and effectively interact with other station departments. Radio or media sales experience is preferred. Arbitron software experience is a plus. Must own personal car and possess clean driving record. Part Time Board Operator
Adult Rock WTTS-FM is accepting applications for part-time board operators based out of the WTTS Bloomington offices. Board operators are responsible for maintaining automated programming schedule for two radio stations, keeping stations compliant with FCC and EAS regulations and interacting with listeners over the phone. Responsibilities could increase to include light production work. Previous radio experience is preferred but not required. WTTS Internships
WTTS Programming & Music Intern
WTTS seeks passionate, organized and outgoing interns for the Programming department for the Summer 2008 semesters. The ideal candidate(s) will assist the Programming staff in maintaining and updating a vast music library, preparing content for broadcasts, recording music into programming software, requesting product from national record labels and preparing airplay trend and music research reports for programming analysis. WTTS interns receive a broad experience in radio programming. Programming internships are based in our Bloomington office, unpaid and require 6 to 8 hours per week. Internships could lead to paid positions within the Programming department.
Programming internship positions require the following:
- Must love music and be familiar with the WTTS format
- Must be a currently-enrolled college student eligible for course credit
- Must have a GPA of "C" or above
- Must have good communication skills - phone and writing
- Must have good office, organization and computer skills
- Course of study in broadcasting, marketing, or journalism preferred

WTTS Radio is currently
offering a number of internships in other departments for
Spring/Summer 2008.
Promotions
and Marketing
Candidates will
assist the Marketing and Promotion staff with sales and programming
promotions throughout central and south-central Indiana (including
Indy Irish Fest, Run Like Hell, Colts tailgate parties, Studio 92
performances, WTTS Emerging Arist Shows, and WTTS Private
Concerts). Candidates will also assist in public relations
and other special events. Internships also include office
and clerical work, and planning and executing on and off-air
contests. WTTS interns receive a broad experience in
radio promotions and marketing. Internships are unpaid
and absolutely require schedule flexibility: 20 to
25 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Promotion and Marketing
internship positions require the following:
- Must be a currently-enrolled college student eligible
for course credit
- Must have a valid Indiana driver's license and a clean
driving record
- Must have a GPA of "C" or above
- Must have good communication skills - phone and writing
- Must have good office, organization and computer skills
- Must maintain flexible hours (20 to 25 per week), including
nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be familiar with the WTTS format
- Course of study in broadcasting, marketing, or promotions
preferred

WTTS
Morning Show
Candidates will
assist the WTTS Morning Show in research,
editing, planning and archiving content for broadcast.
Candidates will also work on maintaining Morning Show website.
Organizational skills are an absolute must. WTTS interns
receive a broad experience in radio programming. Internships
are unpaid and require 6 to 9 hours per week and could lead
to paid positions within the Programming department.

- Must have good communication skills - phone & writing
