Lucinda Williams

On February 5th, Lucinda Williams will release her 12th studio album The Ghost of Highway 20. The second album to be released on her Highway 20 Records, she draws inspiration once again from the road that cuts through the northern part of her home state Louisiana. A quieter, more reflective release, Williams sings about characters that travel the road or live right off it. Even in her 60’s, she still sings with that smokey, cracked voice that sounds like she’s on the the verge of breaking down. Download “Dust” off The Ghost of Highway 20 and learn more about Lucinda Williams on her Official Website, “Like” her on Facebook, and follow her on Twitter.
