This week on WTTS Indy Underground, we’ll explore a new release from Grandaddy frontman, Jason Lytle. It’s called Dept. of Disappearance, and it hit stores on October 16th.
We’ll also give a listen to a track from Silversun Pickups in anticipation of their upcoming WTTS Show October 24th at the Old National Centre and hear the latest from Bloomington-based quintet Murder by Death.

Formed in 2009, Chicago-based indie rockers California Wives consist of Jayson Kramer (Vocals, Guitar, Keys), Dan Zima (Vocals, Guitar, Bass), Graham Masell (Guitar, Vocals), and Joe O’Connor (Drums). Though no stranger to the Midwest music scene, California Wives have started to make a name for themselves around other parts of the country. In addition to local performances at the North Coast Music and Tomorrow Never Knows festivals, the Taste of Chicago, and the Wicker Park Fest, the band also performed at the SXSW Billboard Official Showcase in 2011.
