WTTS New Music Monday – August 27, 2012

Comments Off 26 August 2012

September is shaping up to be a pretty good month for new releases. This week on WTTS New Music Monday, we’ll preview the upcoming month in music.

Just a year removed from his last one, John Hiatt plans to put out Mystic Pinball September 25th. Mumford and Sons, Green Day, and Melissa Etheridge will all join the party at some time or another during the month.

We’ll even spend a little time looking to October, which brings The Wallflowers and ZZ Ward.  It’s all at 7pm, during an hour of all-new World Class Rock on WTTS New Music Monday.

A trio of new releases with laid back tendencies, this week on WTTS Overeasy. Citizen Cope’s One Lovely Day and Van Morrison’s Born to Sing: No Plan B will be featured, along with a track from Heart, featuring Sarah McLachlan.

It’s singer-songwriters, acoustic tracks, Sun King Studio 92 exclusives, and during the morning edition, we’ll even have a pair of tickets to give away for Melissa Etheridge’s November 9th show at the Palladium. This Sunday, 7-11 AM and PM, it’s WTTS Overeasy.
