Mumford & Sons has completed the recording of their follow-up to Sigh No More. Though the album title has not been announced, the band has stated the album will hit stores on September 25th. The band will be hitting the road on their Gentlemen of the Road Tour. You can find information on their four U.S. tour dates on their website. This week, Bob Dylan received the highest civilian honor in the United States, The Presidential Medal of Freedom. The president states that ”There is not a bigger giant in the history of American music,” and Dylan’s voice helped redefine the sound of music and what it caused people to feel. This award comes after Dylan was honored with the National Medal of Arts in 2009.

According to TMZ, Elton John was hospitalized early Wednesday morning due to a severe respiratory infection. John had to cancel his Las Vegas concerts, but he has since been released from the hospital. There is no word on when he will resume his shows. He is scheduled to begin a European tour next week.
