Spring releases are the topic of conversation, this week on WTTS New Music Monday. Established acts like Counting Crows and Norah Jones plan to emerge from their (relatively mild) hibernation in the next few months. We’ll preview Underwater Sunshine (the April 10th release from Counting Crows), and Norah’s Danger Mouse produced Little Broken Hearts (surely stemming from their collaboration with Jack White on Rome) due May 1st.
He may not be playing shows any time soon, but John Mayer still has a full album coming out May 22nd. The prolonged silence he’ll be forced to endure might bring a wealth of material in the near future, but we’re content with the knowledge of 12 new songs on Born and Raised. Something from that, and many others during an hour of all-new World Class Rock. 7pm on WTTS New Music Monday.
