No, the Death Cab for Cutie frontman doesn’t have a problem with the Red Hot Chili Pepper’s bassist. He wanted to beat his time in the L.A. Marathon. Gibbard has been running as a way to combat other unhealthy habits in his life and was recently profiled in Runner’s World Magazine. Gibbard says that his new lifestyle has led to an improved outlook and that he still manages to run between 25 and 30 miles each week, even on tour!
