Last month while on tour, Willie Nelson was busted by the Hudspeth County Sherriff’s Department in Sierra Blanca, Texas for, shockingly enough, possession of marijuana. The 77 year old country legend posted a $2,500 bond and, while in jail, was nominated for a Grammy. Nelson has taken the Class A Misdemeanor charge quite well and has even asked fans via his website to donate to the Hudspeth County Sherriff’s Office’s Christmas toy drive.
