Sheryl Crow gives in to the muse of her younger self with the album 100 Miles from Memphis, the title reflecting her geographical location in relationship to the heart of rock and soul when she was growing up.  This week, we dive into that album and that city of influence a little more deeply, on WTTS OverEasy

Below, a rather surprising song interpretation from Sheryl in earlier days.

I was originally going to send this message to Brad Holtz only and thank him and everyone for the great radion station they have put together. But wanted to share with everyone what a great station you’ll have in Indianapolis. I just completed my first week in sunny southwest Florida after leaving Indy and already miss the station and the VIP member benefits. If you are not a VIP member of this station, join now. In the two and half years I was Indy I got to see some great musicians at Studion 92, Creation Cafe, Murat and Hard Rock Cafe courtesy of 92.3. It’s closing on the end of the week and drive home will be without Laura Duncan and The Shanty. Enjoy this station and everything they do, there aren’t too many stations like WTTS around anymore. Enjoy Indy! Thanks Brad,
