This Saturday (April 17) is Record Store Day, a celebration of the unique culture surrounding 700 independently owned record stores across the U.S. At WTTS, we’re celebrating too. We’ll play all classic album sides on Saturday from 7am to 7pm. From the Beatles to U2, Pink Floyd to R.E.M., we’ll listen to music the way we first discovered it. We’ll also give away vinyl album copies of music from today’s emerging artists.

I have but one regret in this life—–getting rid of my vinyl. It sickens me to think about it.
Are you taking requests?
I hope you throw some 45′s in between those A and B sides. After Landlocked Music I’m going to Maxs Place on 7th in Bloomington where the vinyl is all yours to play with and pick through. Local Wtts is world class rock.
i have been hooked since the allmann brothers this morning. could you guys do this once a month? it brings back good memories of when i was young.
You all have done a lot of cool things over the years, but this
might be the coolest. Reminds me of college days, and we would take turns choosing sides. Man, I got a ton of work to do outside and I’m having a hard time tearing myself away….Thanks for all the great radio. We are lucky to have you.
